My worst experience ever. This is the first time I’ve written a review, but I couldn’t stay silent after dealing with RSskip. Their customer service is awful – they keep promising collection times but never stick to them. The worst part was when a customer service lady actually started screaming at me over the phone.
I was told the skip would be collected in one hour, but instead, they turned up in just 13 minutes. When I asked them to wait 10 minutes so I could make access ready (even offering to pay extra for the inconvenience), the lady shouted at me, called the driver, and told him to leave.
As a result, I was left with my digger stuck and blocked in the garden simply because someone decided to be rude and unprofessional. The way I was treated was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I will do my best to leave reviews everywhere to let people know about this terrible service.
