Refunds and Cancellations

If the booked date is not suitable for you, please call our office at least 24 hours before to re-arrange the date and avoid additional charges on 01474362862. 

You can cancel your skip hire up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery by contacting us on 01474 362862. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges for wasted journeys.

Skips are delivered between 7:30am and 5pm, so please ensure access is available during these hours. Failure to provide access may result in a charge for a wasted journey.

If your skip needs to be placed on the road, it is subject to council approval for a permit. Once approved, please ensure there is enough space for two cars on the road to accommodate the skip.
